I purchased this ring for my wife. She wanted to replace her wedding ring that was almost 30-years old. I purchased it from Amazon and it shipped within a few days, just in time for Christmas. Unfortunately I selected the wrong size so I contacted Diamond Domain and their customer service is awesome to say the least. They worked with my wife to get the correct size and shipped us a new ring within days. I forgot to return the IGI certificate with the serial numbers for the diamond so I had to make two trips to the post office. My wife and I really love the ring and the great customer service. I highly recommend Diamond Domain to anyone wishing to purchase a diamond. The price that I received was great as well. Yes, you will need to be prepared to sign for the FedEx package. We are very happy with our diamond ring purchase and I believe you will too.

Poor quality, diamond fell out with only 4 days of desk job wear
The diamond fell out within 4 days of light/normal wear. I was told it was not a “manufacturing defect” and it was my fault. The post was weak and allowed the diamond to fall out when bumped. If normal wear (worn to work at a desk job) is as long as the ring is supposed to last , I would shop elsewhere! Beware that if returned, there is a fee even if it wad defective.
