Great
I bought this as a gift for a camper in the family, he was extremely excited, he confessed he had it in his wish list. Everything arrived as described by the seller, no pieces or parts were missing, the size is great, I think this is a must have for any trip outdoors because it’s very functional. Would recommend.

Very nice set. Very good quality.
After the first set with my purifiers were for some reason canceled and never delivered, they sent a new set out and it is a very nice set.

Must Have Emergency Kit
A complete kit for any emergency need. I use this as a back-up kit to carry in the car or when backpacking in the mountains. Tools seem to be durable, but are not large or heavy which is nice for backpacking. A lot of items in a small case that easily attaches to your backpack. Case is very durable and we sprayed it with waterproofing spray to keep everything dry.

Manage your expectations
I’m reasonably pleased, but that’s because I wasn’t expecting much at this price point. I was primarily looking for items to keep in my car, and the kit was discounted to $40 when I purchased it.The bag I received is perfectly fine with no obvious flaws. It has plenty of space to add items, which is good. It will also attach nicely to the larger bag I keep in my car. I’ll be able to assemble and stash a good car kit in it.The shovel is small, but I think it would be fine for digging a bit of snow or gravel out of the way. Or, if you’re thinking in terms of prepping, a small pit for a fire or to bury waste. It would be tiresome to use for more than that. The hammer and axe multitool is cool, reasonably heavy, and I can definitely see it being a handy adjunct to a tire iron or a tire plug kit. The blade is not sharp out of the box.Adolescent me would have happily used this as the primary implement to build a lean to for funzies. It would work for the purpose, but it wouldn’t be efficient. However, it’s not half bad for a back up tool.Folding knife. Not sharp, but it’s a multi-purpose size once I get an edge on it. Again as a back up, no complaints. The spork makes me grin. Ironically, its knife is reasonably sharp. I’ll put it with my lunch stuff. :)Most of the other items are pretty run of the mill. Unless you already fish, a fishing kit isn’t going to help you much in the eschaton. Practice with the ferro rod, etc. The compass on the paracord bracelet does appear to be reasonably accurate which is more than many button compasses can say.The first aid supplies are the big let down here. Cheap, useless scissors and tweezers. The other supplies could be added to a separate first aid kit, but on its own this kit is more of a “better than nothing” situation. All in all, if the major components are items you want back ups for, this isn’t a bad set, but if you’re looking for survival items you don’t want this as your primary or only kit.

Smaller than expected
The bag was so much smaller than expected however all the tools are in it and appear to be great quality. I bought this for my stepdad to bring on his snow mobile trips in case of emergencies and it was worth the money. There are so many tools so the functionality is what I looked for!

Great to have
Very compact, surprisingly so. But I’m so happy to have these things available on a campout or adventure just in case.

This “Survival and First Aid Kit” is a FIVE STAR product!
This 142 piece Survival Kit and First Aid Kit is a GOTO product in an emergency. This may not be what I had while in the US Army during the Vietnam War. This small container of survival gear provides much that you would require in an emergency! It gets better with use! Yes, the knife needs to be sharpened. I have never found a knife that does not need to be sharpened with use. The 600D Nylon Bag (Container for the âEmergency / First Aid Kit) with Molle Straps, 3-Mode Flashlight (Bright, Dim, Flashing, Color Black, Serrated Lens Top, Three Inches Long, One Inch Diameter), Adhesive Bandage, Alcohol Pad, Bandage Triangle Bandage (âCravatâ) With Safety Pins, Cotton Swabs, Elastic Bandage (Pbt Bandage), Knuckle Bandage (âHâ Shaped), Emergency Blanket (âSilverâ reflecting), Emergency Rope, Scissor, Tourniquet, Tweezer, Fishing Tools, Carabiner (âDâ Ring), Dual-Tube Whistle, Hatchet, Multi-functional Card, Survival Bracelet (Made from Parachute Cord with clips on each end), Wire Saw, Fire Starting Tools, Light Stick, Wire Saw, Emergency Rope (Short). There are additional items that would be useful.I recommend these additional items: Signal Mirror or Mirrors, an Excellent Compass and using it before, additional batteries, an additional First-Aid Kit, Military Style Tourniquets, rope, flashlights, water-proof matches, warm clothing, water purification tablets, books on survival in the wild, compression bandages, reflective blankets, chocolate that does not melt (the letter after âpâ in the alphabet â?&?âsââ. Do a web search with the search argument of âsurviving in the wildâ and note the recommendations. Use many different web sites.Jesus The Messiah Bless You All!

Cheap, too small, some defects
The package is definitely smaller than I expected, It is compact and lightweight however it’s barely enough room for everything it came with and definitely not room for more items as it states. The compass does not work at all, it stays in the same position no matter which way you turn. The whistles are all quiet. The flashlight takes an unusual size battery ive never seen. Overall it’s no where near worth the original listing price of $80, I’m on the edge with the almost $40 I spent but to me it’s worth about $25 with how cheaply made it is especially considering what I’ve listed. Just opened the package so hopefully when I need it, I’ll be able to use it w/o more problems. I do not recommend for someone who is a serious constant outdoors adventurer.
