I got these for each of my daughters. I was a bit skeptical because the mock up you do on site makes it seem like the picture and engraving didnât fit well. I cried when it came in. It was perfect. Both my girls cried when I gave it to them.

Deserve absolutely no stars at all. For yall to make memorial pieces, the first priority should be QUALITY !! I understand you get what you pay for but damn. I ordered 3 necklaces for my sisters & I on 12/4. I received them on 12/30. It is only 1/3 and not only did my sister picture fall off just randomly but so did mines. I am beyond pissed. We just got them. I could see if it was over a long period of time but 4 days is diabolical !! I would not recommend for anyone. If only yall could feel how I feel. Here I am thinking I have a nice piece to cherish my mom everyday & then her picture just randomly fall from my neck. I’m losing my mind right now !! Somebody HAVE TO ANSWER FOR THIS !!!!!!

Like colors and a great buy. Heavy material.The hole for ashes was way too small could get very little in and they were ashes. That part was a waste.

Itâs a very nice piece. However the picture didnât stay in very well. Had to re apply glue to it. Over all itâs a very nice piece that means a lot to my son. It has a nice weight to it just wish they had longer chain lengths to choose from.
