Beautiful piece, I love it very much. Easy to place ashes into, durable necklace. It is a lot heavier than another one I purchased so I carry it in my bag with me but that’s the only issue I had. The engraving remains intact and everything is exactly how I ordered!

The reason for the low review is because they did not engrave the necklace. They sent it blank even though we received the mock-up showing what we ordered correctly.
