Great dressâ¦poor customer service
So the dress is great. Nice material, not cheap. Itâs pretty long. Iâm 6-1 and thought Iâd need extra length, but with a low heel I donât. If you are going for a higher heel, you may need more length depending on how long you want it. The colors are different than shown. I purchased the orange dress and itâs actually lighter and more of a peach. My bride wants orange. Gorgeous dress, just not the right color and sizing. Now on to the sizingâ¦they run small. I had to reorder a larger size. Well I over estimated by a lot. Lol Iâd actually give the dress 5 stars, but the seller 0-1. The seller continues to try to convince me to keep the dress and take a partial refund. Then they wonât provide a recognizable prepaid return label. I am still waiting for a response from them after I went to USPS and UPS, and neither of them recognize this label. They wanted to charge me, when the listing clearly says FREE returns. I will update if they cooperate. Otherwise, I will report them. I just want to return the dresses and get my money back. Never again!!

Hard to put on and take off by yourself.
Dress was very pretty, but I wish it had a zipper instead of lace up back. Itâs almost impossible to put on by yourself and you need someone to tighten up the ribbon and tie a bow after you get it on. Just not practical. It did have a great built in bra so you donât have to worry about a strapless bra.
