Excellent for oral health and soothing chewing.
This is a great chew toy and excellent for my dogâs oral health. Iâm sure your cat would love it also. Itâs extremely lightweight, due to it being 100% wool. I ordered a large size for my power chewer. It took her weeks to actually demolish it beyond recognition, and she still loves to chew and suckle the remaining bit. My dog used to steel the wool balls that would fall out of the dryer. This was my solution to save my dryer balls and give her a durable, large enough toy to chew on.

if you at all care for your pet’s health, do not buy thisthe wool is dyed in a subpar way. the minute dog’s saliva hits the ball it runs & stains & smells of chemicals…the toys is not safe… so disappointed, since we love this brand

Not Worth Buying
The ball didn’t last more than 10 minutes with a dog who doesn’t destroy toys as soon as she gets them. All the wool was almost all off in less than 1/2 hour with soft mouth dog.

perfect for our Yorkie
Our pup (yorkie) has a lot of missing teeth and doesn’t play a lot. He randomly decided to play enthusiastically with one of our wool dryer balls and I wondered if it was safe – if there was something similar on the market made for doggies – sure enough! these are also the same material (wool) for him to enjoy.

I have two french bulldogs whose life missions are to murrrrder any and every toy…and although they absolutely love this ball they tore it up in less than 24 hours…

I may have to get a couple more of these, as each dog really seems to like it – I think maybe the smell of wool is extra-interesting.I ordered this for a few reasons: being made of wool, i am hoping it doesn’t end up smelling too bad; one of my dogs really loves catching toys, and this one is soft enough that it won’t hurt his mouth or end up bouncing all over the place and into the path of our other dogs (we have had some major yard collisions); and I like to rotate their toys, and this one is unique.The medium ring is about the size of a donut, so not very big, but it is good for tossing around the yard. I am hoping it lasts at least a few weeks – if i can keep them fetching it, rather than chewing on it, it should last for awhile. I also think the red color offers up a bit of a challenge, as many dogs have a tough time distinguishing red from green, so it blends into the grass and they have to use their sniffer to find it.Fun toy for them, fun for me to watch them play with it!
