hard to find color
I do like how lightweight this shawl is and it is the specific shade of orange I needed. I wish the metallic parts were also orange instead of gold. I find the bright gold almost distracting instead of adding to it but that’s just me .For the same reason I might remove the fringe on the edges as that is a more casual look than I’m seeking. Neither of these are flaws just my personal preferences.

Absolutely stunning scarf
This is such a beautiful scarf! The pictures just don’t capture the color and the sparkle correctly, so they do no justice. The scarf is super soft, it drapes beautifully over my neck and shoulders, the fabric is thin enough to wrap the scarf on my head just like on the advertising photo. The scarf has gold threads and small sequins woven throughout it’s length, which makes the material gently sparkle. The drawings aren’t scratchy at all, which is a huge bonus. This is such a beautiful scarf! I’ll be ordering the black, red and turquoise ones and maybe the neutral cream one too.

Really nice but thin
This scarf is incredibly thin. I purchased to use as a shawl in the churches in Italy this summer, and I think it’s going to be perfect. The fabric of the scarf is super soft, but the weave is loose, I can stick my nail through it. The silver thread woven in is really a cute detail. Overall I like it, but may not be for everyone.

Great color, soft and shimmery
I selected the Humble Hilo Handmade Shimmer Thread Scarf in peach and gold and the color is very similar to that shone online – a nice warm peach with a touch of shimmer from gold thread and small sequins. Easy to launder in the gentle cycle and let dry flat. The fabric is soft and comfortable against the skin. This makes an excellent addition to my wardrobe.
